Reaching out for help because I’ve noticed this is an issue for me. I work at an elementary school, and because I’m constantly washing my hands. I notice, especially during the fall and winter, that my nails essentially fall apart. I was curious if anyone else has this problem and how they combat it. Would this work fine for someone who washes their hands A LOT, or are there other ways on top of this to help strengthen my nails?

Loved the video as always!! Do I understand you correctly, base coat is a regular nail polish base coat? As opposed to gel or anything that needs a UV light to cure? Also they spear to remain flexible - is that right? How much strength is added? Considering trying this on my natural nails without any extensions for strength. My nails are paper thin and downright floppy, so strength is needed!💜💜💜

I had two finger nails break yesterday 😢, had to clip them no matter what cuz they snapped so messy and horrible. I guess having pretty nails for the long run takes patience so I will now wait for them to grow out fully and slowly even it out to match the rest. 🥲😔❤️‍🔥

I started taking a daily double dose of Vit D during the recent health emergency. I kid you not, my nails grew so strong & long that it was a whole new hassle of its own. Note, I almost never use polish so this may be a factor too. Recommend you give it a go.

I have one of these and you absolutely can cause damage! Any time I get too vigorous with the pressure, I get a little white spot growing out. That being said, I love glass pushers and files!

As a man in architecture, this reminds me of construction. Makes a lot of sense to use silk that acts like rebar and the glue like layers of concrete or sheathing. I've had the same crack on my thumb for 5 or 6 yrs. PITA. I'll give your method a shot. Thanks a lot

I do a spa day once a week.10 days... Facial mud mask, teeth whitening with strips, dry skin removal from heels and moisturizer, hair mask, now I'm adding. I've got castor that was too think for my hair I can start using. Thanks👍🏽
